Introduction – What Is Personal Data?
When communicating with Nordic Amazing Group AB, personal data may in some cases be provided. “Personal data” refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify a living natural person.
Nordic Amazing Group AB is the data controller for the data submitted via and processed at amazinggroup.ai. Below is a description of the guidelines that Nordic Amazing Group AB applies to the processing of personal data, etc. Additional guidelines may apply in specific cases. Nordic Amazing Group AB General Provisions on Personal Data

Normally, amazinggroup.ai can be visited without personal data or similar information being collected. Erasure
Nordic Amazing Group AB does not retain personal data for longer than necessary. When the personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted. This applies, for example, when a question has been answered or when a contractual relationship has ended and the parties’ dealings have been finally settled. However, in some cases the data may need to be retained thereafter, for example for accounting purposes.
Right to Information and Rectification
Everyone has the right, upon request, to find out the extent to which data concerning them is processed by Nordic Amazing Group AB. If such personal data exists at Nordic Amazing Group AB, the person concerned is entitled, upon request, to information about which personal data is being processed, where it has been obtained from, for what purpose or purposes the processing is carried out, and to whom the data is disclosed. Requests for information concerning the processing of personal data should be sent to dataskydd@oas.se.
Everyone has the right to request rectification, blocking, or erasure of their own personal data that is incorrect or processed in violation of applicable law. Nordic Amazing Group AB is then obliged to take such measures.
